- What is GRYBOdle?
- One Guitar Hero song a day, drawn as its Expert guitar chart and played with the sound off. You get six guesses to name it.
- Is it a MIDI guessing game?
- Near enough. The clue is the note pattern the game shipped, not a clip of the recording.
- Is it a Rock Band chart game?
- No. Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Clone Hero and YARG all use the same five-fret highway, so the view will look familiar, but every song here comes off a Guitar Hero disc.
- Do I need a guitar controller?
- No, and there is nothing to strum. You watch the highway and type your guess. Hyperspeed and the note sound sit in the settings if the chart is hard to read at the default speed.
- How often is there a new puzzle?
- One a day. Older challenges stay in the game menu.
- What does a near hit mean?
- A yellow Artist field means your guess and the answer share an artist. Collaborations do this, and so do songs credited to a singer alongside their band.
